EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN BIMBINGAN PERKAWINAN TERHADAP CALON PENGANTIN DI KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KOTA PADANG
Abstract
The problem that is the focus of this study is how the effectiveness of the implementation of marriage guidance for prospective brides in the Ministry of Religion in Padang City in 2018 viewed from six indicators namely in terms of resource persons, materials, learning media, time and place of implementation and participation of marriage guidance. The goal to be achieved in this study is to answer the questions from the formulation of the problem above, namely assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of marriage guidance for brides in the Ministry of Religion in Padang in 2018 viewed from the six indicators mentioned above. This research is characterized by field research with a qualitative approach. The primary data are directly obtained from the Islamic Community Guidance of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Padang, Resource persons and Prospective Brides who are Participants in Marriage Guidance in 2018. While secondary data obtained from a review of Marriage Guidance Activity Reports and research literature that has been published in book form or journals or research results that have not been published. Data collection methods are through interviews and document studies, while data analysis uses descriptive analytical methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of marriage guidance to prospective brides in the Ministry of Religion of the City of Padang can be said to be running effectively seen from (1) Resource persons who are knowledgeable in their fields, experienced, easy to understand in delivery, using various methods and approaches as well as specifically bimtek certified facilitators from Ministry of Religion; (2) The material is more complete and systematic than Suscatin, because in addition to containing classical fiqh material, it is also equipped with a description of the dynamics and challenges of the current family and alternative solutions to the problems of the laws governing marriage. Participants were also given an independent reading of the prospective bride "Sakinah Family Foundation"; (3) The media used by the speakers are by presenting material presentation screens, simulations and discussions so as to meet the learning modalities of the diverse participants both audio, visual and kinesthetic; (4) Longer time compared to Suscatin, so that it is more sufficient to deliver a variety of guidance materials both of a strengthening perspective and training in managing household and marriage skills; (5) The venue is sufficiently conducive and representative in accordance with the capacity of the room with a limited number of participants; (6) Participants feel the benefits of this marriage guidance as a provision of knowledge in living married life.
